Payments
To secure the required photo session date the Client agrees to pay the Photographer a session booking fee on the date of booking.  This is a non-refundable fee. All payments are due in full on the day of the photo session.

Session fee

This fee covers the time, knowledge and talent of the Photographer, basic retouching of images and creative editing matching the Photographers style. No unedited images will be given to the Client.

Location Costs & Fees
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the Client, will be responsible for those fees. The Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Session fee covers travel within 30 minutes of the Emba, Paphos, Cyprus (34.802924, 32.432691). Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of €1/km as part of the agreement.

Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the session fee will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Re-shoots
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the Photographer.

Delivery
Due to the custom nature of each session, all images given to the customer is in digital form. Delivered in web gallery or via download link. All images will be delivered in 1 – 12 weeks time (depending on the photo session and a season). Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received.

Archive
All images will be available for sharing and downloading for three (3) months following client viewing date. After three (3) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.If permission to use images for marketing purposes is not given to the Photographer all digital files will be deleted from Photographer’s hard-drive strait after files are delivered to the customer.

Model Release
Photographer kindly asks that all clients sign the model release so that photographer may display the images from their session on photographer’s website, social media pages, and for marketing/promotional/advertising purposes.

Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Copyright
Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A customer is allowed to use, share, and print images for personal use. It is illegal to use images for commercial purposes without written permission of the Photographer.
